The Head Cashier plays an important role supporting the Front End Supervisor in motivating front end associates to follow GET behaviours and provide customers a great shopping experience. The Head Cashier coaches, trains and develops Front End and Lot Associates along with maintaining coverage through scheduling and providing first level of escalation for customer issues. -- Key Responsibilities: Ensures Customer Satisfaction Lead by example in consistently demonstrating GET behaviours and promoting positive associate morale. Ensure sufficient checkouts are available by maintaining lines no longer than one at the register plus two more waiting in line Walk front end from the customer experience perspective daily, ensuring Grand Opening readiness, ad execution (per Playbook) and flyer readiness.
