Overtime as requiredLocation: 299 Queen St W, TorontoSalary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience As part of the Entertainment Content Programming group, the Web Content Coordinator 1 is responsible for video publishing across multiple websites, apps, set top boxes and third-party digital platforms for Bell Media. You will support daily building, scheduling, and delivery of video content across many platforms internally and externally.To be successful in this role, time management, organization, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are key. Reporting to the Programming Manager, you will prepare and enter metadata for third-party syndication and platforms and help support video distribution on owned and operated channels. You will work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders within the operations, production, programming, creative and digital teams.ResponsabilitiesUpload videos to Bell Media YouTube accounts Organize metadata and schedule metadata delivery for 3rd party platformsEnsure extremely high-quality control and production standards of all video encodingCreate image thumbnails consistent with third party platform specifications and optimizationEnsure all digital video and metadata is meticulously aligned with programming rights and schedulesManage video CMS database and update daily/weekly episodic images and metadata as needed Work closely with the Bell Media operations team while liaising with internal departments to gather assets, rights, and schedulesHelp support digital clipping of live events and priority programming as neededOther duties as assignedCritical QualificationsA minimum of two years working experience as a digital producer or manager of contentCollege Diploma or University Graduate Preferred QualificationsYouTube certificationExcellent team player with superior communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesHighly organized with a keen sense of time-managementExperience in reporting and analyticsAbility to thrive and work in an environment that is fast paced that demands the ability to execute against challenging timelinesStrong familiarity with Photoshop, content management systems, and video formatsHuge passion for television and pop cultureKnowledge of Axis and Amagi considered an asset#EmployeeReferralProgramAdditional Information:Position Type: Union Job Status: Regular - Full Time Job Location: Canada : Ontario : Toronto Work Arrangement: HybridApplication Deadline: 11/15/2024 For work arrangements that are '
