<p><strong>Be part of a dynamic team!<br><br></strong>On call position during winter months (non-unionized)<br>Workplace: Plantagenet<br><br>Stand-by premium: We are guaranteeing a gross minimum amount of $200 per week.</p><ul><li><span>Percentage in lieu of benefits</span></li><li><span>Possibility in participating in the OMERS retirement plan</span></li><li><span>Employee Assistance Programs and virtual health (Dialogue)</span></li><li><span>Critical incident stress management (CISM)</span></li><li><span>Corporate price for home and auto insurance</span></li></ul><p><strong> Closing date: 4:00p.m., November 21, 2023</strong></p> <br> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma.</li><li>Ability to communicate in French and English (verbally and in writing).</li><li>A valid class ?DZ? driver?s license is mandatory.</li><li>Must be able to be at the garage within 30 minutes following the supervisor?s call.</li></ul><strong>Assets:</strong><br><ul><li>Experience in welding and/or mechanical repair.</li><li>WHMIS, St. John Ambulance or tire installation courses.<b><i><br></i></b></li><li>One year of experience with snowplow and as a salt/sand spreader operator.</li><li>Two years of experience in road construction and maintenance.</li></ul><p><strong>A criminal record check must be provided upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.</strong><br><strong><br></strong></p>- LocationPlantagenet, ON
