\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to help oversee our new state-of-the-art venue. Our venue is trendy, fresh, elevated, and we have high expectations of what our guests and employees experience is. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant - Train and supervise staff members and Managers to deliver exceptional service - Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards \*\*Experience:\*\* - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Proficiency in cash handling and financial management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Customer Service expert - Prior experience in restaurant management is preferred This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a thriving restaurant environment.
