Position: We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and passionate Physiotherapist for a contract position to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, from recreational athletes to high-performance sports teams, helping them return to full strength with targeted, individualized treatment. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct thorough assessments to identify physical limitations, movement dysfunction, and injury mechanisms. ? Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced rehabilitation techniques. ? Collaborate with our team of athletic therapists and other health professionals to provide holistic care tailored to each client. ? Use modalities and specialized techniques like Graston Technique, functional range conditioning, and Clinical Pilates to optimize recovery and performance. ? Educate clients on injury prevention, movement patterns, and corrective exercises. ? Maintain clear, accurate documentation and adhere to clinic policies and best practices. Qualifications: ? Registered Physiotherapist with valid provincial licensure. ? 2+ years of experience in sports rehabilitation or a related field preferred. ? Certification in manual therapy techniques (e.g., Graston, Kinesio Taping, Clinical Pilates) is an asset. ? Strong understanding of movement dysfunction, injury mechanics, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. ? Ability to connect with clients, fostering a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in line with Fortius Therapy?s vibe. What We Offer: ?
