Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Schedule activities. Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events . Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs. Prepare reports. Understand principles of group dynamics. Leading/instructing groups. Leading/instructing individuals. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate.
