The Opportunity Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Aftersales Manager will provide leadership to the Service and Parts Department to help meet company goals. The Aftersales Manager will work to ensure productive staffing, customer retention, employee training, and quality workmanship. The successful candidate will contribute positively to the company's goals of improving productivity, reducing costs, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.
