Job Summary The Plumber and Pipefitter is responsible for the plumbing on new construction or renovations in accordance with federal and company regulations. Major Responsibilities · Perform job planning and hazard assessments prior to the start of all jobs, to ensure a safe work environment · Communicate with other departments as required with updates and schedules on repair work · Layout and perform all related work involved with the maintenance of plumbing fixture, heating and cooling units · Prepare and submit required reports and detailed written work procedures, along with inspection and recording data (e.g., back flow preventers, fire prevention equipment, environmental issues, etc.) · Read and understand detailed drawings and sketches for various types of repair work and prepare- LocationThunder Bay, ON
