*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various settings, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of building materials and techniques, as well as the ability to read blueprints and follow detailed specifications. *Duties* * Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics using appropriate materials and techniques. * Utilize hand tools effectively to cut, shape, and fit insulation materials. * Read and interpret blueprints to determine insulation requirements for specific projects. * Apply caulking and sealants to ensure airtight installations. * Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation procedures are followed. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety regulations and protocols. * Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met. *Requirements* * Proven experience in insulation installation or a related field is preferred. * Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in construction and insulation work. * Familiarity with drywall installation techniques is a plus. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
