It helps its business partners, mainly from the primary and secondary sectors, to be more efficient and competitive by reducing the total operating cost, thanks to the complex and innovative products developed and manufactured.</p><strong>Why join our client?s team?</strong><ul><li>You will have a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction;</li><li>A unique career opportunity within a dynamic team;</li><li>Be an integral part of the evolution of a world-class organization.</li></ul><strong>Our client offers you:</strong><ul><li>Hourly rate: $33.50/hour starting and $34.92/hour after the probationary period (720 hours);</li><li>Evening premium $1.00/hour (when on this shift);</li><li>Competitive employment conditions, governed by the collective agreement in place;</li><li>Interesting development opportunities.</li></ul><strong>If the following describes you:</strong><ul><li>College diploma (DEC) in metallurgical engineering technology or vocational diploma (DEP) in a technical discipline in metallurgical manufacturing, mechanics or any other appropriate field;</li><li>Five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar position;</li><li>Good knowledge and skill in using measuring equipment;</li><li>Writing skills to produce quality inspection reports;</li><li>Ability to read, understand and interpret drawings, instructions, specifications and quality assurance (QA) procedures in French and English.</li><li>Candidates will be required to meet the requirements of an annual eye exam.</li></ul><p><strong>Field:</strong><span> </span>Manufacturing</p><p><strong>Location:</strong><span> </span>Granby</p><p>If you want to be part of our client?s adventure towards excellence, apply now!</p> <br> Your role:<ul><li>Inspect and verify the compliance of materials with drawings, workshop orders and company specifications;</li><li>Report defects and deviations to the supervisor for a decision to recover or reject;</li><li>Document the compliance of the material;</li><li>Maintain inspection equipment, instruments and templates in good condition;</li><li>Act as an ambassador for workplace safety by respecting the measures in force in the factories;</li><li>During the training period (approximately 12 months), you will work on the day shift.</li></ul><p><strong>Are you interested?
