 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$79,648 - $107,760 Experience in program development rewardedResearch, create and implement programs for Alliances through collaboration with internal and external partners.You’ll use market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities, launch products and review program performance. What you’ll do:Develop, implement and support new and existing Alliance programsEnsure profitability and strategic positioning of programsUse a product management approach to develop product policies and processesCollaborate with internal and external partners to market programs and products, including change management, product training, promotion and advertising What we’re looking for:Confident communicator with strong analytical skillsExperienced leader who brings out the best in team members and can coach othersRelationship builder comfortable with proactively reaching out to internal and external partners What you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business or marketing and at least four years of related experience with increasing responsibility (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Courses in product development and project managementExperience in agricultural lending or credit managementeducation and experience)Courses in product development and project managementExperience in agricultural lending or credit management- LocationRegina, SK
