<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical assistance and support for customers regarding specifications of Brook Crompton products, and trouble shoot applications as needed</li><li>Understand the customers' business and determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions</li><li>Enter and maintain purchase orders, customer orders, procurement match and trade discounts as needed</li><li>Maintain various records and files including rebate files, stock transactions, price catalogs, customer lists, product catalogs, and discounts.</li><li>Provide and maintain knowledge of current motor pricing</li><li>Proactively recommend items needed by the customer to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability </li><li>Recommends products to customers, based on customer's specific needs and interests.</li><li>Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sales items </li><li>Evaluates customer specifications ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements in accordance with industry standards.</li><li>Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns </li><li>Answers questions about products; prices; durability and credit forms</li><li>Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction</li><li>Estimates delivery dates and arranges delivery schedules.</li><li>Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed</li><li>Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction</li><li>Instructs customers in use of products.</li><li>Investigates and resolves customer complaints.</li><li>Obtains credit information on prospective customers.</li><li>Prepares quotes, advise credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers' profitability profiles</li><li>Reviews purchase orders for accuracy</li><li>Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team</li><li>Provides support to outside sales representatives.</li><li>Learn new procedures and product information as required </li><li>Acts as liaison between customer and manufacturing entity for unique products and applications.</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>College diploma and/or equivalent sales experience in related industries</li><li>3-5 years experience in the field or in a related area as well as knowledge of electric motors</li><li>Excellent customer focus skills including interpersonal and communications and listening skills. </li><li>Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills </li><li>Strong computer skills, ability to work with details and solid math skills</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work with vendors and in a team setting</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Brook Crompton is a leading manufacturer of electric motors for the global industrial market.
