Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided Duties: - Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient care. - Prepare and package medications for distribution. - Maintain inventory of medications and supplies. - Enter prescription information into the computer system accurately. - Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries. - Perform administrative tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork. - Follow aseptic techniques to ensure the safety and sterility of medications. - Provide excellent patient service by addressing their needs and concerns. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred. - Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices. - Familiarity with aseptic techniques for medication preparation. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Note: This position is primarily based in a hospital setting, where critical care patients may require specialized medication administration.
