*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and custodial settings, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. * Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. * Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established procedures and client requirements. * Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. * Restock supplies such as paper products and soap as needed. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly. *Skills* * Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. * Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when necessary. * Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
