Tasks: Examine fabric or products for conformity to quality standards. Inspect finished and pre-finished products. Mark defects. Measure or weigh products. Package products. Record information on products inspected or graded. Sort products by style, colour, size, length or other criteria. Trim excess material, remove spots and lint. Textile products for inspection, grading or sampling: Fabric. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colours. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Manual dexterity. Repetitive tasks. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
