*Company description:* CJW CPA is a public accounting firm located in Burnaby, BC. The firm provides professional accounting, auditing and tax services to privately and publicly held businesses. *About the Role:* CJW CPA is looking for an assurance candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, public and private company auditing experience and exceptional communication skills. *Job Description:* · Lead and execute audit engagements, managing all phases from planning to reporting · Review financial statements, assess risks, and design audit procedures tailored to each assignment · Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls · Provide guidance and training to junior auditors, overseeing their work and ensuring accuracy · Liaise with senior management to communicate audit findings and resolve issues *Who you are:* · Have completed an undergraduate degree with an emphasis on accounting · Member of CPABC in good standing · Proficiency in MS Office applications, Caseware and tax preparation programs · Experience in auditing publically listed entities is required *What we Offer:* · A competitive salary and benefits package · Time off in lieu of overtime · Full financial support to fulfil CPABC PD requirements · Overtime meal allowance policy *How to apply:* Please submit your Cover Letter and resume as separate PDF?s.
