*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in yoga practices and be committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. As a Yoga Instructor, you will lead classes, educate students on various techniques, and promote overall well-being through mindfulness and physical fitness. *Responsibilities* * Conduct engaging yoga classes for individuals of varying skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique. * Educate students on the principles of yoga, including breathing techniques, postures, and meditation practices. * Provide personalized guidance to help students achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a focus on their well-being. * Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and community building among students. * Communicate effectively with participants to understand their needs and provide feedback for improvement. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes. * Collaborate with other instructors to develop class schedules and special workshops or events. * Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating students during classes and providing support as needed. *Skills* * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people. * Excellent communication skills in both English and French; bilingual capabilities are highly valued. * Time management skills to effectively plan classes and manage schedules. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and encourage student participation. * Ability to educate others about yoga practices while adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs. * A deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and alignment principles. * Flexibility in teaching styles to accommodate various learning preferences among students.
