*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. *Days are : Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. * *or just Thursdays and Saturdays * The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during visits. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients. * Assess and document patient dental history and current oral health status. * Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorides. * Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and the importance of regular dental visits. * Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software. * Assist in orthodontic procedures when necessary. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. *Skills* * Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable. * Knowledge of orthodontics practices is beneficial. * Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with patients. * Experience in dental assisting can enhance your effectiveness in this role. * Comfort working with pediatric patients is preferred, as you may encounter younger clientele.
