Our imagery is used by millions of users every week, saving drivers time, money, and frustration, while also helping the environment by reducing vehicle emissions. We are seeking an in-person business-minded individual to assist with our sales and customer success efforts. The position is a unique opportunity to observe and participate in many aspects of a software engineering business and is limited only by your own ability to learn and grow. The position would suit an individual with two years of experience in sales, with experience or interest in software. As a successful candidate, you will play a key role in identifying prospects? needs and educating them about our solutions, winning deals, and supporting our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Acquire additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our products * Develop a deep understanding of your assigned industries through research, discussion with clients and prospects, and attendance of tradeshows * Participate in the full sales process from initial emails and phone calls, customizing sales collateral, sales presentations/demos, proposals, negotiation, and some customer service/after-sales support * Occasional travel across North America and Europe to attend tradeshows and visit clients (approx. 2-8 times per year) Essential Skills and Qualifications: * Willingness to work 5 days per week in the office * Authorized to work in Canada * Bachelor?s degree * Fluent in spoken and written English * Clear communication skills, comfortable on phone calls and in meetings * Confidence to pitch products and close deals * A sense of urgency and productivity * Strong technical acumen * Creative problem solver * Proven track record of being detail-oriented and methodical What's in it for you: * Up to 13 weeks off per year * Flexible work hours * Health, dental, and optical plans available * Professional development funding for continuing education * 4 hours per week of in-office paid professional development time * Enrolment in Vizzion?s comprehensive wellness program *The successful candidate must be comfortable commuting to work in-office in North Vancouver 5 days per week.* *Interested candidates should visit our website: http://vizzion.com/careers.html* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * Tuition reimbursement * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No weekends Work Location: In person- LocationNorth Vancouver, BC
