*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and promoting an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and growth. *Duties* * Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse needs of students. * Facilitate interactive and engaging classroom activities that promote critical thinking and collaboration among students. * Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey. * Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, inclusivity, and open communication. * Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of instructional strategies. * Stay updated on educational trends and methodologies to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness. *Requirements* * Minimum Post secondary Education * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively. * Experience in lesson planning and classroom management is highly desirable. * Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. * A passion for education and a commitment to student success. * Previous teaching experience or relevant instructional experience is a plus.
