If you?re passionate about storytelling and have a knack for developing standout content ideas, this role might be the perfect fit! As a Content Creator with Peak Performance Products, you?ll work closely with our team to build multimedia content that truly connects with our audience. You?ll play a key role in creating, executing, and improving our social media presence through engaging visuals, videos, and written content that brings our brand to life. *Key Responsibilities* * Ideation and Content Strategy: Take the lead in brainstorming, scripting, and executing new content ideas to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand growth. * Platform-Specific Content Creation: Design and produce short videos, vibrant graphics, and dynamic posts optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to DMs, comments, and feedback across social platforms to build a loyal following. * Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work hand-in-hand with the team to craft social media strategies and bring fresh ideas to the table. * Photography & Video Production: Handle shooting, editing, and post-production of videos, ensuring each piece aligns with our brand?s image. * Content Calendars: Develop and maintain content schedules to ensure a steady flow of engaging content across key commercial dates and celebrations. * Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) to make data-driven improvements in our content strategy. * Social Media Advertising: Plan and manage Facebook Ads to drive engagement and reach new audiences. *Qualifications* * 1-2 years in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. * Must have a valid driver?s license and access to a vehicle, as the role may require travel to different locations for content shoots. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), social media management (Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and graphic design. * Strong ability to ideate and develop unique content from scratch, aligning with marketing strategies. * SEO Analysis skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions. * Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. * A collaborative mindset and openness to evolving trends. *The Peak Advantage* * *Collaborative Culture*: Work in a progressive, team-driven environment that values creativity. * *Growth Opportunities*: Exposure to marketing events and a collaborative team/management to support your professional journey. * *Health & Wellness Perks*: Access to an on-site gym, employee discounts, extended health care, and more. * *Additional Benefits*: Paid time off, flexible dress code, on-site parking, and company events. *Application Requirement*: Please include a portfolio with your application.
