The position is tailored for an associate that has credit and/or investment experience.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for credit analysis and monitoring of investment grade companies in several different corporate or structured finance sectors.Prepare research reports and present to Credit Committee and portfolio managers.Track changes in credit quality and relative value of followed companies, based on quarterly reports, corporate developments etc.Maintain relationships with the sell-side, rating agencies and company managements to keep up-to-date on investment opportunities.Assist more senior analysts in assembling and reviewing data, conducting statistical analyses, and completing studies of industry groups, regions/sectors, or individual securities, including a broad range of U.S., Canadian and Global issuersContribute to special projects (for example ESG, Insurance etc.) as requiredJob Requirements :Bachelor's Degree requiredProgress toward the CFA designation2 ? 3 years of experience in analyzing investment grade credits or other investment assets in a buy-side, sell-side or rating agency environment preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Experience with writing analytical reports.Strong accounting and finance background.Bloomberg, Microsoft Office experience.3 days a week in the office with the expectation of going to 4 days a week in office March 2025#LI-WealthWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
