<p>Hi I'm Rayan MERRIEN, recruitment specialist, specialized in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing industries.<br>We are are all experts and speak your language.<br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at each stage of your career.</p><p>Your role <br> <br>I am currently recruiting for one of my cllient in the manufacturing domain, located in Chambly, an Electrical R&D Director Position 40 hours/week <br> <br>Reporting to the VP Engineering, you will be responsible for the following tasks: <br> <br>- Take part in the management of R&D projects <br>- Structuring department procedures <br>- Ensure departmental efficiency <br>- Oversee financial, scheduling and strategic aspects <br>- Support technical teams in their day-to-day tasks to streamline processes <br>- Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project closure <br>- Follow up projects with customers and internal teams <br>- Monitor technological and competitive developments <br>- Supervise the team <br>- Collaborate with all company departments <br>- Other tasks related to project management, product development and department growth</p><p>Your competencies <br> <br>- A sense of perspective, curiosity and poise <br>- Organization, ability to assemble and coordinate <br>- Leadership, ability to give clear instructions and justify decisions <br> <br>We're looking for an organized, dynamic leader. He's also capable of challenging and being challenged by his superiors. <br> <br>Votre profil <br> <br>- 6 to 10 years' experience in an electrical engineering position as an engineer or manager <br>- Experience in renewable energies an asset <br>-Experience with lithium battery products, an asset <br>- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams <br>- Bilingual English/French <br>- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering <br>- Title ING member OIQ <br>- Salary: $110k - $130k depending on experience <br>- Full insurance, RRSP, negotiable vacations</p>- LocationChambly, QC
