The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting. \*Duties\* - Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly - Verify insurance information and process patient payments - Maintain electronic medical records accurately - Assist with administrative tasks as needed \*Skills\* - Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role - Proficiency in using dental office software such as Powerpractice - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 ? 20 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Dental receptionist: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Dental Administration Diploma (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationCoquitlam, BC
