<p><span>A career as a Senior Advisor in Commercial Banking Transformation means actively contributing to a successful transformation of the National Bank's Commercial banking by playing a leading role in several projects that have a significant impact on the profitability and operational efficiency of a large company.</span></p> <p><span>It involves managing and delivering large-scale projects in a dynamic and agile delivery environment that will have a direct and positive impact on the customer and employee experience.</span></p> <p><strong>Your Job</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Assume the role of project leader and ensure value delivery.</span></li> <li><span>Identify the needs of different sectors based on your mandates and identify opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience.</span></li> <li><span>Align and mobilize project teams composed of multidisciplinary experts from different sectors.</span></li> <li><span>Manage priorities, the distribution of initiatives, and the sequencing of the product backlog associated with project and value delivery.</span></li> <li><span>Manage executive stakeholders in several business lines of the Bank to ensure that needs are well identified and prioritized.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure effective change management during the delivery of initiatives.</span></li> <li><span>Define, explain, and communicate business objectives and changes to all involved parties.</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span>Your Team</span></strong></p> <p><span>Within the Commercial Banking and Private Management 1859 sector, you report to the Manager, Design and Delivery, Business Processes, and you are part of a dynamic team whose mission is to accelerate the transformation of Commercial Banking by working with colleagues from various partner sectors.</span></p> <p><span>You also have the opportunity to learn within a team that communicates openly and promotes transparency, integrity, and respect for individuals.
