Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Cafeteria. Coffee shop. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Client focus. Flexibility. Dependability.
