Hayley Industrial Electronics Ltd. is a Calgary based manufacturing company and recognized leading supplier of high quality UPS systems, rectifiers, inverters, transfer panels, VFD and custom control panels, primarily to the Alberta Oil and Gas Industry. We design, manufacture, market and service all of our products. *We are currently seeking an Electronics Technician for a permanent full time position. * Responsibilities: · Responsible for testing, diagnosing, trouble shooting and repairing electrical equipment at a circuit board level as well as a completed assembly Experience: · Post-secondary education in electronics related discipline · Previous work experience with analog and digital electronics · Must be able to read and understand schematics and electrical/instrument drawings and diagrams · Mechanical aptitude an asset · *Must be able to travel within Canada and the US. A valid drivers license and passport are mandatory.* · Knowledge of power electronics, power supplies, inverters, battery chargers and drive panels is an asset but not mandatory. Additional training will be provided for the right individual. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: * Assembly: 1 year (required) * Hand tools: 1 year (required) * Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required) * Schematics: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
