Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Tasks: Compute dimensions, sizes, shapes and tolerances of workpieces . Inspect final products. Test prototypes and production tools. Instruct apprentices. Verify machined parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments. Program CNC machine tools. Lay out, shape and assemble patterns of metal, wood, plastic and other materials from blueprints, models or templates. Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Accurate. Organized. Team player.
