Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Administrator to join our team. As Stores Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting various logistics administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with business operations, including:
* Process orders
* Maintain workstation and parts department in a clean and orderly manner
* Review quotes and estimates
* Consult with internal teams to determine requirements
* Prepare and submit vendor reports
* Resolve work flow problems,
* Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
* Establish work schedules and procedures
* Support all parts / stores functions including parts ordering, storage, packaging.
* Sourcing and ordering new and used parts
* Follow up on outstanding quotes, closing all possible orders
* Inventory control
* Process customer orders, develop and maintain customer relationships
* Core inspection, sorting and binning incoming stock, packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
* Participate in parts related special projects / assignments
* Participate in quality and performance initiatives
* Warehouse duties as required.
* Expedite repair orders
* Progress chase and liaise with external and internal stakeholders
* Manage ordering / reordering and delivery of parts, upholding customer commitments
* Identify and request parts that should be added to location inventory
* Utilize forklift or other equipment to move materials as needed
* Assist in the maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Mechanical knowledge or experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
