Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians. Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Direct and control daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements . Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 11-15 people.
