Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000. Tasks: Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Conduct performance reviews. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 16-20 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. MS Access. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Word. Point of sale system. Spreadsheet. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers . Supports for visible minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities. Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.). Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
