Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Grind meats. Prepare special orders. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you available for the advertised start date?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?. Experience: Experience an asset. Other benefits: Free parking available.
