*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving business development goals.
*Duties*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for UPVC windows and doors projects in both residential and commercial sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
* Present and demonstrate our range of UPVC products to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
* Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
* Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding the client base.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
* Collaborate with internal teams (production, customer service, installation) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
*Skills / Qualification *
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
* Familiarity with UPVC windows and doors is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
