*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training development. This position requires to do a wide range of project and task-oriented work, be self-motivated, able to work well alone and under tight time constraints
*Responsibilities*
* Calling applicants for interviews
* Arranging interviews with Managers
* Maintaining tests and files on applicants
* Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment
* Assist with Co-ordinating employee performance and appraisal programs
* Assist in updating & maintain vacation tracker and vacation board
* Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
* Provides admin support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies
* Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
* Maintains quality service by following organization standards
* Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
* Helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR Manager & Management Team
* Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in human resources or a similar role is advantageous.
* Familiarity with HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, or Oracle is highly desirable.
* Strong data collection and analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with employees at all levels.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of training development methodologies is a plus.
* Back up Receptionist/Office support as needed
