*Job description* We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk who is able to work independently and efficiently. Flexibility is required as this position consists of a wide variety of duties in the office, including reception. Computer savviness an asset, and we are willing to train on our procedures and software. Clean drivers abstract is required. Wage is based on the experience of the successful candidate. *Please note we are located in Nisku, and this position is full-time in the office: 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday-Friday.* *Job Description* * Answering all incoming calls * Organize files and documents on company assets * Back up for the administrative team, assist sales team and management * Work with various departments to ensure work is completed efficiently * Respond to vendors and customers * Purchasing office supplies * AP/AR data entry as required *Requirements* * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience with Dropbox, MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with Sage 50 an asset * Able to work independently and efficiently * Excellent multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines and tasks, and the ability to prioritize to meet goals * Strong written and verbal communication skills We thank you for your interest in applying with us and please note only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
