Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Estimate costs of installing equipment. Oversee the preparation of sales and orders. Promote sales to existing clients. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Conduct sales transactions. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
