We provide a community, a partnership, a team, and an opportunity to learn and grow in your career.</p><p><strong>The role:</strong></p><p>JYSK is seeking an experienced <strong>E-Commerce & Marketing Manager </strong>to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is a strategic role that supports on delivering JYSK?s strategy of ?Seamless and Closer to the Customer?. </p><p>The E-Commerce & Marketing Manager possesses the right balance of developing strategy and operational excellence in online marketing, user interface, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across diverse channels. This role partners extensively with Buying and Retail to maximize revenues by anticipating customer needs, exceeding their expectations, increasing traffic and improving conversion.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings a successful track record of developing and executing an E-Commerce and Marketing strategy in a fast-growing business. If you are someone that is passionate, high energy, innovative and results driven, this is the opportunity for you!</p><p><strong>This role is based out of our home office in Coquitlam, BC.</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the E-Commerce and Marketing team to maintain site content, search functionality, implementation of new products and launching campaigns.</li><li>Partner with internal departments to enhance the online customer experience and maximize performance.</li><li>Develop innovative solutions for Omni Channel, Online Commerce Digital and Social Marketing Solutions.</li><li>Manage all marketing for the business, including but not limited to flyers, TV, radio, digital online & social marketing.</li><li>Develop, plan, and execute SEO and SEM along with digital and social marketing strategies which leverage online platforms to build awareness and drive visitation in stores and online.</li><li>Creating new marketing initiatives through creative marketing processes.</li><li>Plan and execute off-site events and in-store campaigns aligned with the company's strategic goals</li><li>Build business cases and develop plans to resolve unfavorable trends in sales, expenses and profitability </li><li>Monitor industry trends and share knowledge with internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with relevant regulations and company policies</li><li>Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing and eCommerce initiatives</li><li>Ensure a great digital experience for our customers</li></ul><p><strong>What does this role offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Be a part of a dynamic team and culture.</li><li>The opportunity to have a rewarding career with access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities for career advancement</li><li>A great benefit package (including medical, vision and dental, and RRSP program)</li><li>Discounts with local and national retailers (cell phones, gym memberships, entertainment tickets, hotels, etc.) through Perkopolis.</li><li>A free 24/7 Employee Assistance Program available to you and your family.</li><li>An amazing colleague discount on all JYSK products</li><li>We host a variety of social- LocationCoquitlam, BC
