This role involves managing all aspects of facilities services, including the planning and implementation of maintenance schedules, inspections, and building improvements. The Facilities Manager must collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to achieve organizational objectives while ensuring the well-being of occupants.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, ensuring smooth and safe operations.</p><p>- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</p><p>- Plan and manage maintenance work, building repairs, and improvements.</p><p>- Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, and repairs.</p><p>- Recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring all staff are effectively onboarded and understand their responsibilities.</p><p>- Supervise team, including scheduling shifts and managing time effectively to maximize productivity.</p><p>- Ensure alignment between the facilities management and the organization's objectives</p><p>- Set goals and objectives for the team</p><p>- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective facilities management services.</p><p>- Provide reports to senior management on facilities performance, budgets, and key metrics.</p><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p><p>- Strong leadership and team management skills.</p><p>- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.</p><p>- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and safety regulations.</p><p>- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.</p><p>- Problem-solving and decision-making ability, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Experience in facilities management, building operations, or a similar role.</p><p>- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.</p><p>- Strong understanding of operational and maintenance systems.</p><p><strong>About the Company:</strong></p><p>APD has been developing, constructing, and maintaining quality storage facilities since 1998. In addition, we provide service to Parkit Enterprise Inc.
