Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. If you are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and have experience in acute care and pediatrics, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans - Administer various therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing and pain relief - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to improve their condition - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy - Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist - Proven experience in acute care settings - Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with hospital procedures - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual needs - Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the organization.``` Job Type: Full-time Additional pay: * Commission pay Schedule: * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: * Physiotherapist Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationFort McMurray, AB
