*Position Summary * The Capreol Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic (CNPLC) provides health services to the residents of Capreol and surrounding area. The Medical Secretary performs reception & switchboard duties along with administrative tasks that support clinic confidentiality, functional scheduling, patient flow and the accuracy of patient information stored internally and sent externally. *Key Qualifications* · Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration and/or Completion of an accredited Medical Secretary Course. · Proficiency in computer applications: EMR, Windows, Microsoft Office. · Strong problem-solving skills · Exceptional organizational skills · Demonstrated conflict resolution skills. · Experience in working within an interdisciplinary team environment · Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and be flexible in a very active work environment · High degree of accuracy and attention to detail · Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. · Ability to speak fluently in English is required. · Ability to speak French is an asset. · Ability to work flexible work hours.
