We're passionate about providing high-quality PPE to industries where safety is critical. We're seeking a motivated Sales <span class="long-word">Representative/Account</span> Manager to help expand our customer base.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively pursue new sales opportunities via cold calls and client visits.</li><li>Manage relationships with existing clients and large retailers like Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, and RONA.</li><li>Attend trade shows and represent SKATIQ GROUP at industry events.</li><li>Handle customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Perform various office duties, including order processing, CRM updates, and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and meet growth targets.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Safety or PPE industry.</li><li>Experience selling to large retailers (Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, RONA) and familiarity with their processes.</li><li>Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and travel as needed for customer visits and events.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary with commission.</li><li>Health benefits and travel reimbursements.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth.</li><li>A chance to be part of a dynamic, growing company in a vital industry.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience within the Safety or PPE sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with industrial safety standards and products for oil & gas or construction industries.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year</p><p>Additional pay:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Commission pay</li></ul><p> </p><p>Benefits:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p> </p><p>Schedule:</p><p> </p><ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul><p> </p><p>Education:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Secondary School (preferred)</li></ul><p> </p><p>Experience:</p><p> </p><ul><li>B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)</li></ul><p> </p><p>Language:</p><p> </p><ul><li>English (preferred)</li></ul><p> </p><p>Willingness to travel:</p><p> </p><ul><li>25% (preferred)</li></ul><p> </p><p>Work Location: In person</p><p>Expected start date: 2025-01-01</p></div></div>
