\*Job Summary\*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our talented multidisciplinary healthcare team. At Body Kinetix, we practice a holistic approach to care with the ideology that the body is self-healing and that we are here to help facilitate and optimize that healing process. We are located in a very busy plaza in a super supportive community in Mississauga. Our patients are fantastic and we are always innovating to support the needs of our community.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with various musculoskeletal impairments. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. Mentorship opportunities are available for PT Residents with senior level experienced Physiotherapists. Participate in weekly clinical rounds with other health care providers to ensure collaboration and foster a great learning and supportive environment.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology.
\*Skills\*
- B.Sc or M.ScPT Physiotherapy Qualification and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, Residents welcome
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience while working with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Proficient in developing tailored rehabilitation programs that meet individual patient needs.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
