We provide consulting and integration services to streamline our clients' business processes and ensure they are equipped to meet their goals and commitments.</p><p></p><strong>Position: Cloud Operations Manager (#E2409-COM)Job Description</strong><p>The Cloud Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our cloud infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth service delivery. They manage the complete infrastructure, applications and security systems, and are responsible for troubleshooting processes, system upgrades, and monitoring of infrastructure and systems to meet performance, security, and availability targets.</p><strong>Responsibilities and Accountability</strong><ul><li>Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of our Cloud environments and systems</li><li>Ensure high availability and performance of our cloud infrastructure, systems and services ? make sure we exceed our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)</li><li>Develop and implement procedures for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting cloud systems, including regular maintenance, emergency procedures and disaster recovery</li><li>Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment of applications and updates</li><li>Manage and optimize cloud resources to improve efficiency, exceed Service Levels (SLAs) and reduce costs</li><li>Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including SOC2 and other frameworks</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the operations and development teams</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and make recommendations for improvement</li><li>Foster the company culture, mission, and values.</li></ul><strong>Skills and Profile</strong><ul><li><span><span>3 to 5 years of experience in managing IT/Cloud operations· </span></span></li><li><span>Autonomy to oversee all responsibilities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams· </span></li><li>Ability to develop and implement cloud security policies and procedures·</li><li><span>Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders ? clients, partners and suppliers</span></li><li>Versatility and ability to adapt to a continuously evolving environment, technologies, and methodologies.</li><li>Bilingual in French/English.</li></ul><strong>Required Technical Skills </strong><ul><li><span><span>Strong knowledge in cloud infrastructure, networks and web applications/APIs, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure· </span></span></li><li><span><span>Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure· </span></span></li><li><span>Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Kubernetes, Docker and others</span></li><li>Familiarity with security systems and cloud monitoring tools such as Crowdstrike, Sumo Logic or other SIEM tool</li><li>Knowledge of security standards (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001)</li></ul><strong>Professional and Academic Experience </strong><ul><li><span>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</span></li><li>3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/Cloud infrastructure management and cybersecurity</li><li>Experience in teamwork and dealing
