*Role Overview*:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is vital for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a proven track record in sales.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* *New Business Development*: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* *Client Relationship Management*: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* *Field Sales*: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients to present ITF products and solutions. Provide product demonstrations and answer any inquiries.
* *Market Analysis*: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches and strategies.
* *Sales Proposals and Negotiations*: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* *Reporting*: Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction. Provide insights and updates to senior management.
*Qualifications*:
* *Experience*: Minimum of 3-5 years in outside sales or a related role within the food industry.
* *Skills*: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
* *Knowledge*: Deep understanding of the food production and distribution industry, including market dynamics and competitive landscape.
* *Education*: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* *Attributes*: Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
