*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the store's visual appeal. The ideal candidate will have an interest in cooking and home decor. Merchandising experience an asset! *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. * Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient checkout experiences. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking store merchandise. * Must be able to climb ladders and lift heavy items. * Answer customer inquiries regarding products with confidence and clarity. *Experience* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Excellent organizational abilities to maintain store standards. * Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
