My client is a growing software implementation and consulting company and they are a key partner of a leading AI-driven HR software vendor with $400M in funding and support for their rapid growth.
They are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation Consultant to join their great team in the old port of Montreal.
They are a fun and dynamic company with great culture, strong leadership from SAP and on course to the next big thing.
It's a really exciting role as they?re in a growth mode so a lot of opportunities to learn and lots of exciting and interesting projects ahead.
You will be involved in driving discovery and design sessions with the customer?s Human Resources team to understand their needs and act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects focused on Talent Modules.
They are looking for a minimum of 4 years of experience in technology implementation and consulting, strong experience working daily with an HRIS/HCM or an ATS, as well as fluent English.
They are paying up to $135,000 + 10% bonus+ great benefits incl. 4 weeks of vacation, health benefits (medical, dental, vision, practitioner etc)
They have a beautiful office in Montreal, and you can also work from home 3 times a week.
