<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>As a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a passion for natural health products, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to drive sales growth.</p><p>You actively collaborate with other departments to implement customer feedback, identify process improvements, and elevate overall service standards. In this role, you serve as a bridge between customers and the organization, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and continuous improvement in the delivery of top-notch customer service & sales experience.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Customer Service Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Full cycle sales order processing: sales orders, credits, returns, invoicing, and filing for Canada & USA.</li><li> Answer customer enquiries regarding product information, availability and delivery schedules.</li><li>Manage consumer enquiries regarding FAQ's and refer complex issues to the appropriate product/brand specialist.</li><li>Assisting with the issue of reports to all areas of the business as requested, updating activity as required and collate completed documents from sales team on a weekly / monthly</li><li>Maintain the customer cards / order forms / price lists, ensuring they are all current & up to date.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order processing.</li><li>Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.</li><li>To carry out any other reasonable administrative tasks as requested by manager.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Sales Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.</li><li>Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell products.</li><li>Process orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system.</li><li>Track and follow up on leads to ensure they are converted into sales.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.</li><li>Provide personalized service by understanding customers' needs and preferences.</li><li>Communicate regularly with key accounts to ensure their needs are met.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the natural health products industry.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.</li><li>Share insights and feedback with the product development team to help improve offerings.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Confident, able to work autonomously and make own decisions.</li><li>Able to communicate across all levels of the business and with external partners.</li><li>Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and react quickly.</li><li>Previous sales admin / customer service experience.</li><li>Previous inside sales experience</li><li>Interest in natural health.</li><li>Experience using a CRM / ERP is an asset.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point).
