<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking an experienced</p><p>Production line technician to guarantee the day-to-day operations in our production line, compounding, and warehouse departments. This is a critical role that requires <span class="long-word">technical/mechanical</span> experience in manufacturing, filling and warehousing, attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>Responsible for the production line assembly - Adjusting- calibrating, for a smooth production.</p><p>Repairing and troubleshooting as needed.</p><p> </p><p>Production Line operation and supervision</p><p>- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment (filling, capping, labeling, and packaging) as per SOPs.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with product quality standards through regular quality control checks.</p><p>- Responsible for troubleshooting production equipment issues and perform necessary adjustments.</p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.</p><p>- Maintain accurate records of production activities.</p><p> </p><p>Maintenance Mechanic Support</p><p>- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.</p><p>- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.</p><p>- Responsible for the installation of new equipment and machinery, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.</p><p>- Document all maintenance and repair activities.</p><p>- Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance activities and production operations.</p><p> </p><p>Key Requirements:</p><p>- Forklift operation certification.</p><p>- Mechanic or technician <span class="long-word">diploma/certificate.</span></p><p>- 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility</p><p>- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.</p><p>- Experience in operating, troubleshooting and adjusting production line equipment.</p><p>- Experience in using computerized inventory management and production tracking systems.</p><p>- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols.</p></div>Company Description<div>Páme Eco is a Canadian boutique manufacturer of personal care and household products.<br><br>We help companies or individuals manufacture their products through contract manufacturing, private or white labeling.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Páme Eco is a Canadian boutique manufacturer of personal care and household products.\r\n\r\nWe help companies or individuals manufacture their products through contract manufacturing, private or white labeling.</div>- LocationToronto, ON
