Job Title: Hair Stylist Its not hourly wage, its commission based posting! Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a positive and memorable experience. If you are passionate about hair styling, customer service, and creating stunning looks, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Sanitate work areas and tools to maintain a clean and safe environment - Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and offering professional advice - Front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and handling payments - Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience - Engage in retail sales of hair care products to meet sales targets Experience: - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and trends - Prior experience in retail sales is a plus - Certification or license in cosmetology or hairstyling If you are a creative individual with a passion for hair styling and providing exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for the Hair Stylist position.
