*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office technologies.
*Preference *
- Someone who have experience in immigration work and files.
- Someone who can speak and understand Hindi & Punjabi Language.
- Someone who have experience in content creation and management.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Manage incoming phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
* Utilize Google Suite applications to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Support the administrative team with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
*Requirements*
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multi-line calls.
* Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
